Press the MODE button again and release it, the meter will display COST / KWH. Set fee/KWh price: 1). Press the SET button when COST / KWH is displayed, the first number COST / KWH flashes, press the UP button to set. 2). Press the SET button again and release, the second number COST/KWH flashes, press the UP button to set. 3). Press the SET button again and release, the third time COST/KWH flashes, press the UP button to set. 4). Press the SET button again and release, the fourth time COST / KWH flashes, press the UP button to set. 5). Press the SET button again and release, the decimal point COST / KWH flashes, press the UP button to set.
